The death toll after missile attacks on Kharkiv on August 17-18 has risen to 24 people. On August 20, in the Saltivsky district of Kharkiv, the bodies of three more people were recovered from the rubble of a dormitory destroyed by a Russian missile, as reported by the City Council.
