Yuriy Sobolevskyi, deputy head of the Kherson Regional Council, stated on Rada TV that during an emergency meeting today, 44 local council deputies unanimously supported an appeal declaring, 'Kherson Oblast is Ukraine. There will be no pseudo-republic.'
