UPD. Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs Monastyrskyy, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Yenin and State Secretary Lubkovych were among the passengers of the helicopter that fell in Brovary this morning. All of them died, according to Ukraine's National Police head.
