Ukraine ratified an agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to restore the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, which was occupied by Russian forces in 2022. The deal paved the way for aid from 18 countries, including the US, UK, Germany, and France.
