Russian forces attacked an energy facility in the Nizhyn district of Chernihiv Oblast, leaving over 4,500 customers without power. This is the second strike on Nizhyn's energy infrastructure this week. On October 7, Russia targeted the area near the Nosivka-Nizhyn railway with drones.
