A 19-year-old Ukrainian from Donetsk, Danylo Yefimov, has been sentenced to 12 years in a Russian prison for donating $140 to a Ukrainian army fundraiser. He was arrested at an airport, tortured while in detention, and is another civilian targeted in Russia's campaign of 'terrorist' charges.
