On Ukraine's Defenders Day, President Zelenskyy awarded the Order 'For Courage' to Lieutenant Colonel Serhii Pyshnohraiev of the State Emergency Service. Since 2022, he has participated in over 50 operations in Donetsk, extinguishing fires after attacks and providing first aid.
