Ukrainian flag now flies over Kupiansk city hall. National Guard's Khartia brigade stormed the city council building on the evening of 12 January. Fighters from the 4th Battalion's Reconnaissance-Strike Group planted the flag as clearing operations continue across Kharkiv.
