Lagarde warns seizing Russian assets damages euro; Šimkus disagrees

European Central Bank’s Christine Lagarde warned that seizing frozen Russian assets would damage the euro.
Really, asked Lithuania’s Gediminas Šimkus, and said that the euro faces a far bigger risk if Ukraine loses.
That puts €140B in Moscow’s money back on the table. :
