Russian strike drones have deliberately hit civilian infrastructure in Ukraine's Odesa district, injuring eight people, including a 12-year-old child, the Odesa Oblast Military Administration reported. Residential buildings, a Nova Poshta delivery office and a grocery store were among the targets.
