Pew Research Center asked respondents from 34 countries what they make of U.S. President Joe Biden’s approach to dealing with Russia’s war against Ukraine. Just 39% of the respondents believe that Mr. Biden’s approach is satisfactory. Meanwhile, 50% disapprove of it.
