Ukrainian writer Andrii Liubka has won the Polish-Lithuanian Giedroyc Prize, but he was unable to attend the ceremony as he is currently serving in Ukraine’s army. Polish journalist Bohumila Berdychowska delivered a speech in his honor, while the laureate sent a letter instead.
