High-ranking officials of the "DNR" have been arrested in Donetsk for engaging in looting, robbery, and dismantling captured Ukrainian factories in Mariupol for scrap metal. Among those detained are former "DNR Minister of Industry and Trade Vladimir Rushchak" and his assistant, Sergey Goloshchapov.
