FIRMS is indicating fires and possible fighting near Kharkiv, in and around Verkhnya Rohanka, Tsupivka, Pishchane and Velyka Babka. Following yesterday's reports of poorly equipped militia in the area, Ukrainian forces may launch a stronger offensive.
