Russia launched Oreshnik IRBM capable of multiple warheads

Confirmed to me by President Zelenskyy's office and Ukraine's Air Force: Russia overnight launched an "Oreshnik" intermediate-range ballistic missile (IRBM) capable of carrying multiple conventional or nuclear warheads.
