On the night of October 23, Russians shelled Nikopol Raion in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with MLRS and heavy artillery, reported the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration. During the shelling, the Ukrainian military destroyed a Shahed-136 kamikaze drone there.
