2 explosions were recorded near a substation in Melitopol this morning. After that, broadcast of local television, which was seized by Russian troops, stopped, Mayor Ivan Fedorov announced. The explosions occurred at approximately 7:00 a.m. Transit cable was allegedly damaged.
