Among Russian citizens, the list also includes one Ukrainian, 51-year-old Yuriy Chernykh. Energoatom reported that he works as a chief engineer at the seized Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. In May 2022, the occupiers barred him from leaving Enerhodar, and the FSB interrogated him in the town.
