Russia is amassing trainloads of missiles and ammunition near the Ukrainian border, with one train reportedly arriving from the city of Ulan-Ude. 'The threat of large-scale shelling of Ukrainian territory with S-300 missiles is obvious,' warns the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Strategic Communications Directorate (AFU StratCom).
