Law enforcement agencies have identified most of the Russian military personnel who fired on 10 civilian vehicles on the Zhytomyr highway in Kyiv Oblast in March 2022, according to the National Police. Two battalion tactical groups from Russia's 5th Separate Tank Brigade were among the first units to enter Ukraine from Belarus.
