The seventh prisoner swap took place between Ukraine and Russia. Today, 45 Ukrainians were released from Russian captivity, Deputy PM Iryna Vereshchuk announced. Among those who returned were 13 officers and 20 soldiers (5 of whom were wounded), as well as 12 Ukrainian civilians
