Russian occupation forces in Lysychansk, Luhansk Oblast, fired on a bakery that made bread for the locals up until now. Rescuers extinguished the fire covering an area of ~1,000 square meters, regional governor Serhiy Hayday said. Several govt buildings & high-rises were damaged.
