On September 21, Ukraine secured the release of 215 people from Russian captivity, including 108 Azov fighters. As part of the exchange, MP Viktor Medvedchuk, charged with treason, was handed over to Russia, according to Zelenskyy's chief-of-staff Andriy Yermak, who reported to the President during a telethon.
