The European Union will pay the second tranche of emergency macro-financial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 600 million euros by May 20, as per earlier @EU_Commission decision, said EC spokeswoman @DanaSpinant at a briefing in Brussels, @UKRINFORM reports.
