This morning, Russian troops shelled a substation in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. As a result, the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant was completely de-energized, reported @energoatom_ua and IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi. The Dniprovska substation was shelled at about 8:59 a.m.
