Law enforcement officials have identified a 26-year-old Russian serviceman from Dagestan who shot a forensic expert during the occupation of the city of Izyum in Kharkiv Oblast because of the expert's pro-Ukrainian position, according to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
