Metropolitan Onufriy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church — Moscow Patriarchate has held a Russian passport for at least 20 years. According to an excerpt from the Rospasport system, an investigation by Ukrayinska Pravda found that over 20 other priests of the UOC also have Russian citizenship.
