Russian occupation forces attacked Kharkiv for the 2nd time in a day, announced by Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Regional Military Administration, and Ihor Terekhov, Kharkiv mayor. This time, the densely populated Nemyshlianskyi district came under fire.
