Czechia President Miloš Zeman signed the decision to allow 103 citizens to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine, spokesman for the President of the Czech Republic @JiriOvcacek announced. Czech PM must now sign the decision one more time. Foreign volunteers join International Legion.
