The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) believes that Russian hackers were able to target a missile strike at the assembly point of the 128th Brigade, resulting in casualties, by exploiting a technical vulnerability in the device, said Illia Vitiuk, head of the SBU Cyber Security Department.
