Russian occupation forces opened fire on the village of Dvorichna in Kharkiv Oblast around 12:00 on April 1, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said. According to him, a 43-year-old civilian man died as a result of the occupiers' attacks.
