Over the last day, 53 firefights took place in the Bakhmut sector, 23 of them in the Bakhmut area alone, said Serhii Cherevatyi, spokesperson for the Eastern military grouping. During the fighting, 221 occupants were killed, and 314 more sustained injuries of varying degrees.
