The Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe adopted a resolution recognizing Russia's actions as genocide of the Ukrainian people. They also stated the need to decolonize Russia, said Pavlo Frolov, MP and member of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
