In Okhtyrka district, Sumy Oblast, a car of Ukrtelecom's communications workers exploded. The driver died on the spot, reported Sumy regional governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyy. The car drove to the side of the road, where there was an enemy mine, near the TV tower around 8:45 a.m.
