Ukrainian troops withdrew from the city of Severodonetsk in the Luhansk Oblast, where fighting lasted over a month, regional governor Serhiy Hayday confirmed to hromadske in a comment. Before that, he said that the Ukrainian military would retreat to more fortified positions.
