International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Rafael Grossi arrived in Kyiv on February 6 for a visit. After meeting with Energy Minister Halushchenko, he will go to the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant, which is now under the control of the Russian occupation forces.
