Russian troops destroyed a temporary ambulance station in the village of Buhayivka, near Vovchansk in Kharkiv Oblast. A medic and a driver were injured in the Russian strike, reported regional governor Oleg Synegubov, and regional police investigation dept chief, Serhiy Bolvinov.
