On February 8, Deputy Mayor Vitalii Zhuravlov, 59, was killed in a car shooting in Nikopol. This was reported to hromadske by a knowledgeable source. Vitalii Zhuravlov was formerly a member of the Batkivshchyna political party and the head of the Nikopoltsi public union.
