As a result of constant Russian shelling of Kharkiv and the oblast, 760 civilians were killed & over 1,000 were injured, @GP_Ukraine says. The shelling also destroyed over 4,000 buildings, 2,500 of which were high-rises. There are already sentences for the criminals responsible.
