Russian troops fired 30 shells at Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast around midnight, injuring 3 people, said regional governor Valentyn Reznichenko. Nikopol & Marhanets community were shelled (there were no casualties) with Grad & heavy artillery. Nikopol itself was shelled twice
