Russian occupation forces shelled the Zelenodolsk community in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast twice from the Uragan multiple rocket launchers. Early reports indicate 10 people were injured, most of them in serious condition. At least one child also died, said governor Valentyn Reznichenko
