On the night of August 25, the Russian army shelled Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, namely its four districts: Nikopol, Kryvyi Rih, Synelnyky and Dnipro, announced regional governor Valentyn Reznichenko. Earlier, Russian attack on Chaplyne killed over 20 people.
