Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said at the second @crimeaplatform summit that Kyiv estimates the losses from the temporary occupation of Crimea at $118B. He assured that after the deoccupation of Crimea, its development will become an integral part of the Recovery Plan.
