The mayor of Sviatohirsk in the Donetsk Oblast, Volodymyr Bandura, who sided with the "DPR" militants, has been served in absentia a notice of suspicion of treason under martial law, @GP_Ukraine reports. He faces up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment.
