Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Recean signed several protocols with his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal, aimed at simplifying border crossings between Ukraine and Moldova for both citizens and cargo, as well as reducing wait times, the Ukrainian PM announced following an online meeting with Recean.
