On the night of December 31, Russian troops launched 21 missiles and 40 drones—including Shahed and other types—at Ukraine. The Air Force intercepted 6 missiles and 16 drones, according to the Ukrainian Air Force. The attack resulted in ballistic missile strikes in Sumy.
