Russia’s Defense Ministry claimed its forces seized the village of Dvorichna in Kharkiv Oblast on Tuesday, but Ukrainian authorities dismissed the report as propaganda, according to regional governor Oleg Synegubov in a comment to news agency Ukrinform.
