This morning, the Russian occupation army struck the city of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, with heavy artillery, killing two women aged 60 and 46, reported regional governor Serhiy Lysak. Another 86-year-old man was injured. Rescuers pulled him out of the destroyed house.
