All illegal "authorities" in the temporarily occupied Kherson are relocating to the left bank of the Dnipro River. Additionally, Russia has decided to "evacuate" residents of Kherson Oblast to Russia and ban civilian entry into the region for a week, collaborator Volodymyr Saldo announced.
