Motor Sich President Vyacheslav Boguslayev may be exchanged for Ukrainian prisoners of war held by Russia, a representative of the President's Office, Mykhailo Podolyak, told @CurrentTimeTv. The adviser to the head of the President’s Office said the exchange process could unfold in the same way as in the case of Viktor Medvedchuk.
